February 02, 2007, 09:13:11 PM - ORIGINAL POST -

Poster templates:
(For examples of how to use them/where I put them, see the Acme pictures below)

The one on the left is supposed to be cut at the bottom so people can rip the url off.

Places with posters already:
PiU - on the left side of the cabinet

All the Bemani machines, full sheets on the left sides of the dance cabinets; in the front of DM and beatmania.

UW Hub
DDR Machine - Left side of cabinet.

Places that need posters still:

Tons of places to put them! I never go to Narrows, so if someone could get them it would be great.

I never go here either... do you think GW would keep the posters up at all?

Where else?

Don't worry, folks, I won't judge you by your looks; I'm way more shallow than that. Cool

Updated the main post.

I was at Acme today and put a bunch up. Hopefully the Acme staff don't take them down... if you guys see them removed or anything along those lines please let me know. :-)

For OR:

Definite spot for posting: The EMU

Potential spots for posting (but need to ask if they'll allow): Tilt, Ground Kontrol

I am pretty certain Wunderland does not want postings on their machines.

I think we should distribute/post flyers anywhere gaming/Japan-related (like Sakuracon!)

For some reason my OCD is totally freaking me out about the poster being on the right side of the DM machine (as opposed to the left)...but sweet, we finally have posters in places!

Kevin, print out another and have one on each side? :-P

(That would actually make it look worse though...)

UW HUB has a flyer on the left side of the machine now.

I just checked... it wasn't there.

I'll talk directly to the two manager ladies to see if I can get it to stay up. Thanks for the heads up.

Hoping to have some updated flyers for locations soon. Anyone willing to help put some up?
Read March 10, 2010, 03:04:18 PM #42

Just put:
"Meet local area singles. Hot Bemani player action nights. TALK WITH GURLZ!"

That should do it.

So Gerrak mentioned to me that we should get signs back on the machines to promote the community to the new players that don't know about our site.

This was one of the older ones, from earlier in the thread:

But I figure we should make some new up-to-date signs.
Anyone have ideas on what wording/phrasing we should use?

What do you guys think of the attached signs?

It's a nice design ~

Very professional.

I definitely want to help with the awareness, but how should they be printed exactly?

This is just a long shot but...

...with a printer?  Grin

There's a Kinko's behind Acme. Could even get it laminated ooooooh

Anyway, great idea, Jon!

I'll print out a sheet of letter-sized paper with comic sans font and just tape it on the marquee lel

I'll print one of these tonight and put it on the Acme machine.

Update: Nope. My printer decided it wasn't going to work properly tonight.
