Just wanted to do a quick plug...

Lucky Strike and Power Play are going to be on Undercover Boss this Sunday night at 9pm on CBS.  A portion of the show was filmed here in Bellevue. There are an estimated 10 million viewers of the show each week and we are trying to get the word out to get more.

Get an inside look at the operation and the person that brought the concept of Lucky Strike and Power Play to reality.

Thanks Jim

If/when it gets put on Youtube, could someone please link to it? I don't have TV, so I only see things if it gets posted online.

Wait, are you the undercover Boss?  I remember talking to you (I think) and you saying that you designed the place or something.

Few notes:
- 40-50% of the Las Vegas sales are alcohol. I expected it to be higher actually.
- Was he supposed to act clueless, or was he? I'd think he should know a lot more about bar-tending and serving since he started the company and would have been an integral part of the creation of the company. If he's just clueless for the show, it's kinda annoying. :\
- Can't capitalize on a keyboard? Really? This better be the show trying to have him "act stupid".

It sounds like this guy has been so out of touch with him company, and not a part of what has been going on. At this rate, it sounds like he wouldn't know how to even get anywhere close to repairing an arcade machine.

I find it ironic, how the way he is dressed working in the show wouldn't barely get him through the Dress Code after 9pm here.

Do they REALLY design the workplaces without a break room? What type of idiot designer does that?! I worked for a bit a Kohl's and my breakroom there looked great in comparison (when in reality it still sucked).

And what does it take for a CEO to have to visit locations to get changes like these made? Is nobody listening to their complaints/suggestions?

Don't get me wrong, the CEO sounds like an honest, down to earth guy that I'd love to see working at a Lucky Strike. Most of the employees in the show seem to be completely different from the main ones seen locally. Maybe it's because it's Bellevue instead of the other locations, or maybe they just picked the good people to highlight. I definitely know there are great people at our Lucky Strike/Power Play, but I want more of the Lucky Strike attitude from the video at our local Lucky Strike.
