Wonderland just has retards like that. I put my coin up once, and the kid playing took it. He didn't see me put it up, so I calmly told him to put it back, and he did. End of problem, right? Hells to the naw. His dad started yelling at me for distracting his kid and I'm just some gamer freak with no life who will never make anything of himself. Wonderland players ought to know why that last part is just fucking wrong.

Never mind that apparently the father was advocating theft, since he actually watched me put the token up, but he was causing such a scene that his son stopped playing mid-song to try and get him to quit making a big thing of it. The kid apologized to me later, and said his dad does that all the time over the stupidest shit. Yay for Spokompton parents.

Thats why I like my home arcade here.  They are dark and secluded and inside of a Giant warehouse filled with pool tables and asian gang members.  No concious parent would ever bring their child there, or even know about it in the first place.  I think the youngest kid I've ever seen there is maybe 14.

Spokane, WA. Trust me, you don't want to make the drive. It's not worth it. Don't do it. It's like pursuing Lu Bu.

Seriously. Do no do it.

Kid is apologizing for his Dad?  Lol, there's SO many things wrong with that.  Oh and, Dedicab is the best thing about Spokane.  Period.

I'll miss it, I don't think I'll have anywhere to play dance games when I move.

They wouldn't be able to find it either.  Man, I got lucky.

Still better than Acme, where we have both gang members and little kids.  On top of that, little kids that beg for money.

Haven't seen the money begging kids in a while. Just the "hey, we're cool" Initial D players.

Different Wondaland man. Wunderland is an Oregon-only franchise; Spokane just so happens to have an arcade called Wonderland.  WHAT A CREATIVE NAME FOR AN ARCADE AMIRITE???

Consider the context though.  Ethan lives in Portland, about 10 hours from Spokane.  It would be much easier to drive 3 hours to Tacoma, Seaside, or Corvallis. (I think those are the nearest dedicab locations, maybe not)

Seaside and Corvallis are both 90 minutes tops, and I think you're thinking of not Corvallis but Medford which is about as far as Tacoma is if not a little more.

Seaside's machine is pristine.

True..That does kinda suck.  But better than nothin..
Isn't there a machine in portland, at a place called Lloyd's?

Making the parents pay, just a little over the top..

BTW, I've made my last stepchart last night, I'm done making them.
In fact, maybe I'll just give up arrow-smashing at arcades period.

A'ight.

I was judging by how long it takes to get to Pacific City; that's the only place I ever go on the coast.

Oh, and I might get a MOTORBIKE! (and a vehicle license) Shocked

WAIT A MINUTE, I KNOW WHERE THIS IS GOING

There will be no discussion of biking from Olympia to Seattle in 1 hour on these boards.
