Holy crap! Congrats! You are improving leaps and bounds my friend. When I first saw you play, you struggled through 9's and 10's, now you are passing 12's!
I'm going to give you the same advice I gave KLOC and Baurrgaurd, work in tightening your foot work. Narrow your stance, and keep both feet closer to the center panel. Next time we meet, I'll show you what I mean. After KLOC and Bauregaurd started working on their form, new levels of difficult became within reach for them. Keep pushing your boundaries and work on pushing through when you feel like giving up.
There are a variety of different 12's you should attempt, and surely these will help further your progression into 13's.
Try the following charts:
Eskimo (12)
We killed the rave (11)
Gravity Blast (12)
Again (11)
Call your girlfriend (11)
Fer Sure (12)
Superstring (11)
Twin Dragons (11)
Big Sky (12)
Brave King Gao Gai Gar (11)
The Logical Song (12)
Russia Privjet (12)
These are few of the songs I used to help push into 13's try them out for your last song of the set.

Not sure how to ask this without sounding like a jerk, but be assured that it isn't my intent.
I noticed that some of the recent "I passed this song" photos were done with constant scroll speed modifiers. That is, rather than x2 or x3 or x5, they were done with things like C600. Is that considered a valid "pass" these days? (Mid-song BPM changes are altered by the Cxxx modifiers.) Or is that looked at as the first step in learning to pass the song, and then once you're more familiar with it, the next step is passing it with a regular multiplier?

You don't sound like a jerk Nykkel!
Generally, the charts that are written today are straight forward streams. Most of the Pendulum and Sharpnelstreamz charts are constant, non-stop streams. We typically CMod in order to avoid having to adjust our scroll speed multiplier every time we select a song.

Thanks!
I will definatley try those when I go back next time! I think my foot movement is pretty minimal, its just the reading of the notes that gets me at faster streams. Also I wasted a lot of 2nd and 3rd rounds because i didn't know what songs to choose and ended up trying random packs, some of which had nasty gimmicks. These will help a lot.

If you're looking to build up stamina and endurance for 13's, one of the best charts there is has been around since ITG 1, but is often overlooked because it is on Hard difficulty.
Pandemonium Hard. Most draining 11. Period. Treat it with respect like you would a 12.

Don't forget the roses and the nice dinner at that fancy ol' place at the end of the block that always serves breadsticks.

It seems like the original ITG song ratings are quite harder than the custom song ratings. I barely passed Charlene expert the other day and I couldn't pass a few of the other 11's (I'm looking at you hardcore symphony). Usually its because the patterns involve lots of crossovers and mines.

I stayed in my room with K.
Do I qualify for Bearpocolypse now?
Probably should've done this song a long time ago. I had a bit of a mental block up but broke some barriers and got it done today.
I think I could've done a whole lot better on my FA but had a lot of pad shit today, got to rework some arrows.

I got my second 17 checked off for the Sharpnel achievement. I played Drrrrrrr today on a sight read and actually managed through. I fatted my way through those 24th notes, I think I only got one set of them clean and my FA is missing, but Ill take the pass.

Just a heads up for players who are uncomfortable with this pattern!
They function very well this way and it isn't to change up the stage for aesthetics, but to use the most unbowed portion of the panel.

I totally get the reason for doing this, but I'm a bit concerned that the new layout is unfriendly to brand new players. I wonder how hard it would be to replace (or possibly just rotate) the decals on the panels so they all face the correct direction.

As you mentioned, I wish that we could turn the decal so it would be facing the correct direction. But, I don't think we are giving people enough credit to figure out that stepping with your right foot will trigger the right arrow, haha!
But then again, we have plenty of reasons to undermine peoples intelligence.

We made some lasting memories...
Built to last
One to remember... *aside* OW
And some Power-Pumps
Edits are fun!
Breathing deep
I think the song should be renamed "WTF Happened."
Got to Star Command with 1 life left...
