I guess I'm a pro convert. I'm pretty bad at this game though, no 100s yet. :/

I'm with Tony. It's Pump, so I will play it. I haven't been "converted" to anything except liking the game that previously existed.
As for the new ITG charts in it, nope.

I've been playing that more than ITG lately, so I would consider myself a "convert."

I've some decent records...at least before BCIO came about Tongue

I don't know when I'll be able to get up there with appropriate fundage, but this is great news, and it's about time!  How much is it per play, $1.00?  I play PIU Zero alot, and I've been wanting to give this a try since I first heard about it, so yeah, awesome!  Can't wait to try ITG 3, er, I mean PIU Pro!

ah, cool!  Is ITG2 still a dollar per play for 3 songs or did they take it down a notch?

ITG is still at $1/3 songs.

Drummania hihat still needs repair. It won't register rapid hits. I think it's a compatibility issue with the sensor.

Bad News for the ITG players who play on the left side or with friends. The left pad has a jammed down arrow. It hits sometimes, but it also causes Way Offs and sometimes hits mines. >_> So if you are going to play ITG, play on the right side. Sad

both yellow buttons on popn are sticking again ~_~

i play pro but only about as much as i play supernova, and people who've seen me there can tell you that's not a lot.  i'm terrible at timing though so i just play to find fun charts.  almost always i've disliked charts to itg music though sorry!

I finally found decent ITG-Pro charts. Shocked  Who CZ was actually kind of cool, plus it's an ITG BGM that I'd been meaning to r21 for like 6 months.  Dawn CZ was not a 10 by any means (mid to high 11, I'd say), but alright.  Ra was an ITG chart by every measure, you could probably pass it with zero Pump experience if you play ITG a lot; interesting, but not sure if I'll actually play it again.

! has an awesome background video.

What if someone told you...

that you were a MISTAKE?

What if that someone...

was your FATHER?

Anyway:

(79) (71) (79) (93) (79) (13) (79) unlocks progressive course "Victory", it's a 15 ending in VVV. Someone should enter this code.

Maybe you should look closer. The first part was simply just a quote from the ! background video, and the second part is the unlock code for a new course.

As of last night ITG's left side down is still broken.
PRO's coins jammed again, completely randomly when Kevin put two coins into the left slot. He reset the machine after our set.

Also...

What would you say if someone told you they didn't like your music?

What would you say if someone told you they didn't like your art?

What would you say if someone told you they didn't like your looks?

What would you say if someone told you they didn't like you?

How much can one person take?

What if someone told you they didn't like your laugh?

What if that someone was your friend?

What if someone told you that you smiled wrong?

What if that someone was your sister?

What if someone told you that you were a screwup?

What if that someone was your mother?

What if someone told you that you were a mistake?

What if that someone was your father?

Oh shit I didn't even notice the quotes until now cuz I glanced at them and knew it was something silly. But I was talking about the numbers and nothing else

Hey guys, I see someone called in the ITG last night.  Our service people were there towards the end of the evening.  Says they replaced a sensor on ITG.  Any better today?  Please report.  Also, is PIU Pro still giving the free credits?  The coin acceptor on the right side of the machine is supposed to be set to NOT accept your quarter now as we try to isolate the problem.  Is the right side indeed not taking quarters?  Is the left side still going credit bonkers?
One more thing, on Pop N, with the yellow button problem.  Is the buttons physically sticking down, or are the switches not responding?  Thanks much for the help and info that can help us keep everything running well.  Smiley

Bill: You are absolutely correct in that the right player coin slot is not accepting coins. Didn't play ITG to confirm anything there, though.

Zach: You forgot the worst part of the video, at the very end... "They were never there for me... were they there for you?"

Pro is also not accepting USB drives. Dunno what's up with that.

bill: two things

PRO: I don't know if right side is accepting or not right now, but I can say with 100% certainty that the coin slot jamming problem occurs on both sides -- foy watched me do it to the 2P side.  I suppose I don't know exactly what you are trying to do, but it seems like turning one coin acceptor off won't necessarily allow you to isolate the problem.  If I'm missing something, sorry for sounding like a smartass.  The roxor/andamiro/whatever dev team is aware of this problem, just as an fyi.

pnm: Okay, now that you mention it, it reminds me of something.  USUALLY they just jam down in a chronic on state until shock/time gets them loose (thus they just need cleaning or lube).  However, infrequently (last time I was there, that is), there was a button that didn't respond.  I can't remember for certain but it was either button 1 or 2.  I don't know if it's related to sticking, I'll see if it can be reproduced tonight.

I bet the Pop'n Music button just needs a good cleaning.  I know I got the Gameworks button working better by just holding it down, and grinding it a bit.  I think something got stuck between the outside plastic ring and the button.

Hopefully that PiU:P glitch gets fixed soon.

PnM: Couldn't reproduce any problems whatsoever -- the button was sticking BAD the other day so you guys probably cleaned it, thanks.  If not, thanks for all your work anyway Smiley

DDR:SN: 2P Down OR Right gave me at least 2 misses

PRO: Coin problem reproduced on 1P side Tongue  Also 2P ummm... I think down left arrow was being a bit unresponsive.  I'm not certain at all on which panel, I didn't pay close enough attention and also most of the time I played on the 1P.  I know it was a persistent problem though.

ITG is still all sorts messed up according to amber

That's all I played today.

The reason for having one door on PIU reject coins is to test the games software for a potential glitch.  Their are two coin input wires to the games computer, coin 1 and coin 2.  We wnated to see if this credit lock on situation only occured with one input, which we now know is not the case.  Kyle ward is working with us on this ordeal.  You see, this cabinet was fine for all the years until this new program was installed, which makes us wonder about a software program issue.

ITG, I see our tech visit Saturday night did not turn up the faulty sensor.  Another tech is there right now, and going to give a shot at finding the bad sensor on ITG.  If you play it tonight, after around 7:00 P.M., please report back if we have solved the issue with the player 1 down arrow.  If not, I will go up there myself to troubleshoot the situation Tuesday if I hear back from any of you by Tuesday morning.  As always, thanks for the help!

Ah, okay. Like I said, sorry for my uninformed comments.

I guess this is something to take up with the software dev team more than anyone, but I'm really suspicious that the coin lock glitch happens when coins are deposited at some certain interval.  It NEVER (important note: AS FAR AS I KNOW) has happened on the first coin, or the first coin after a brief pause.  Every time I've seen it happen was on a coin entering at close interval after the preceding coin.

Also next time I go I'll pay a bit more close attention at what's seemingly broken, my last post was pretty useless ;p
