the dude that owns the house we are renting is kicking us out cause we never pay him on time hahahaha.
dunno where we are going but it will most likely be in des moines :/
i will not be frequently going to acme anymore so I guess i will see you guys at sakuracon

I doubt I could make one for less than the Desktop Arcade ones, and I really doubt I could make one of better quality.  I could try though. :?

you can buy the buttons for a little less than 100 bucks and the rest would be really cheap... i plan on making one soon and was kidding about having you make one lol... that would be nice though Cheesy

Anyhow, I think Zach's "haha" comment is not meant to show himself as being careless and proud about his situation.  I think he was just trying to lighten the tone of the entire aspect.  Maybe James realizes this and maybe he doesn't; I don't think what he said was very conducive, regardless.

Whoops, I already worked out how to make buttons myself for around $2 each.  I also designed a base and I'm working on designing a frame.  I think I could probably have one made for under $100, actually.  I can't guarantee it'll be comparable to the ones on the market, but would you seriously buy one from me in the $60-$120 range if I made one?

But before I can do formal blueprints or anything, do you have dimensions for everything which you could get me?  A to-scale picture of the top of one, the difference between the top of the buttons and the surface of the controller, the thickness of the controller, and button mappings.

If you can get me all those details, I could probably have one for you by May.

Yeah, I sit at school, ignoring whatever the hell those teacher-folks are misinforming us about, designing video game controllers.  I'm cool. =D
