81.25% on Phantom (I wouldn't have played this if I had known the steps were so bad)
89.76% on Banzai
Full Perfect comboed Greenhorn Nightmare 2 weeks ago.

I think I was having trouble reading Nightmare this week because I wasn't used to the larger screen. And wow these screenshots are big.

Nice on the Xenon.  MSL scores don't count as scores unless they're x0.25 Flat Shuffle though. ;P

Hi everyone.  Sadly I'm still stuck on ITG2, I haven't made my way out to the PIU pro yet Cry
Here a few scores from my last trip to tilt though!

MTJ, see if you can make your way up to Bigals on a Wednesday.  I'll be there this Wednesday.

Note to both of you guys: half-price on non-redemption games doesn't start until some time after five or six.

That said I MIGHT go.

Hey Tofu,

I'm actually going to stick to ITG2 for this Tuesday/Friday, then hopefully go check out PIU on Saturday    I work from 6-3 and have to been somewhere at 5 on Wednesday/Thursday, and I don't want to mess with traffic.  If anyone wants to join Saturday afternoon that would be fun.

Okay.
As long as I'm back home by 11 or 12 my dad should be fine. (I'll probably bus home if it's after 9 when I leave.)

I thought you stopped playing!

Either way, that's really good. Like, really, I can't even come close to that.

FPCd about 20 different 8s on PIU Exceed 2 today. That was awesome. I also passed Valenti NM, making myself officially not horrible at doubles.

23 and a miss on Exotic Ethnic about half an hour ago.

It seems I can only score well on songs I haven't played in at least 3 months.

In this case, I hadn't played it since July.
Last year.

I had the opportunity to play PIU Pro today, I don't know if I would go so far as to say I was impressed, but I definitely thought it an improvement on what is out currently Smiley  The speed mods definitely threw me off, I tried to play Energizer on 1.5 and could hardly read it though I play it on 2x with ITG!

The overall look and feel of the machine is awesome, and watching people play it looks like they have definitely improved upon the videos that play in the background (not that that is a significant part of the game, but still).

I suck at reading the arrow patterns, timing, and can't do the steps right the majority of the time, so when I get that down I think it will be more fun for me.  Here a couple scores I can remember (my not terrible scores).  If anyone was planning on meeting me Saturday, I can't go anymore which is why I went today Cry

Maria Crazy - 99.66
Extravaganza Crazy - 98.90

It's hard to get some things down unless you watch someone do them first.
Like the spins.  Those are weird, but kinda fun.  Like with DDR, it's easy to see a spin in a chart after you've gotten used to the pattern.

And yeah, the speed mods are really wonky.  I play a lot of stuff x1.5 or x1, where I normally play x3 or x2.

Nice job on those scores btw. Tongue

The mods aren't wonky I don't think, you guys might just not be used to the game.

The speed mods are definately wonky according to 95% of the internet.

They aren't wonky, they're just faster.  270-300 is a pretty comfortable scroll rate for me on Pro, whereas I like 400 on ITG.

Yeah.  I just like saying "wonky".  There's nothing inconsistent about them or anything.

2 on Sexy Planet (from nonstop megamix).

I have no picture of that, but I have plenty of witnesses.

Oh, and I finally AA'd So Deep, got 24/1 on Afronova (from Nonstop megamix), and brought my great count on A oni under 30.

You're getting better Tofu, no joke. Good job.

You can get Sexy Planet. It's a fairly easy AAA. You're probably stoked about getting 2 right now, but if you can get 2, you can AAA that thing with just a few more tries and a bit more focus.
