I played some progressive courses on Pump Pro on Saturday, and managed 90% on Journey, 87% on Big Beat, and 86% on Rave (the hardest course currently on the machine).

I randomly got 4 greats on that one song that's all pink and japanese by a.s.a.  I might go back and try to AAA it, 'cause that was sightread.

36 on HVAM, 16 on Be Lovin'.

Otherwise, shit.

Yeah, that! Smiley

I've played it once before on StepMania, so I guess it wasn't sightread.
Still, pulling 4 greats on anything over a 6 shows some real improvement on my part.

I AAA'd Rhythm and Police on heavy today at home for the first time so I'm pretty happy about that.

I played some homeversion shit on the controller last night for kicks.

I couldn't MA for shit, so I GA'd.

254 on Be Lovin'
250 on Irresistablement

I guess that sort of counts as dance gaming. :/

Just in case though, I got 3 greats on Be Lovin' on Ex2 CS.  Confirmation that homeversion timing is obscenely easy.

Wow, I played a marathon of Dance Dance Revolution at home this weekend, including 5 1/2 hours today of it, and made a handful of new achievements:

*

1) Achieved my first Expert-level AA on DDR SuperNova ("Video Killed The Radio Star"), with being just 4/10's of one percent from AA on another track.

2) Picked up six new A's on more challenging Expert-level tracks I previously had B's on.

3) I now have either AAA'd or AA'd over half of the tracks (thirty-eight) on the Difficult level (called Standard level on other games)

4) Burned a whopping 2,186 calories on the Workout Mode (in retrospect, although a huge physical achievement, it's probably not the achievement I want at the moment as I battle mild anorexia. Still, very good for blood circulation and coordination)

*

Sincerely,
Noah Eaton
