So I've added the photo gallery, fixed the links up, did a little SEO on the site to help get traffic from google searches...

What other cool features could we add to the site?

If you want to look through that lists most the forum mods we can install. Our forum is version 1.1.10, NOT 2.0 - so take note of that when browsing through.

Tell me why we need it if you recommend something too. This is not a promise any/all will be added, but if there is something that would help the site I'm generally for it!  Cheesy

Anyone up for facebook connect?

Here are the features:
    * Allows users to be registered using there facebook accounts
    * Users can link their existing SMF accounts with their facebook accounts
    * Users can log-in using their facebook accounts
    * Users can get the notifications from the forum in their facebook accounts
    * Users can sync their buddy list with there facebook account, which will add all the members from their buddy list, also a part of the forum, to his/her buddy list

The only thing is we'd need to do a small fundraiser, since it's $20.

I personally would put in $5 to the cause right now, and think this would be a VERY NICE addon. Smiley

I have an idea, Jon. Since you'd put in 5 dollars, and I'd put in 5 dollars, and you only need 20, what if we just ran an air hockey tournament where the entry fee was 20 dollars divided by number of entrants where the prize for winning is bragging rights? That way we could pay money for a cool feature AND feel like we're simultaneously paying for entertainment? Wink

Added Google Chat to the list of chat profiles. You can edit it like normal from the "Edit Profile" link under the Quick Links bar. This was suggested to me at the Gameworks tournament.

Is anyone besides Laura and I interested in the Facebook integration?

Personally, I check this forum almost daily, so I don't need any "updates" on my Facebook. Also, I'm a rather passive Facebook user, and as such, I generally don't like clutter on my wall.

Long story short, if it were free, I'd say do it. Since it's not, I say "nay". But I am just one man with one opinion.
