Hah! I would definitely bar-hop in costume. Then again, I'm dressing up as Misa from Death Note, so... not much different than what people wear to clubs and stuff anyway.

I'm Portland-based and considering going to Sakuracon based on if I can execute my costume plan to a level of satisfaction I can be happy with.  I don't have a room worked out yet so this could work for me.

Bar hopping could also be fun.  Must...resist...doing...it...in...costume!

Con policy is that you're not allowed to be intoxicated on Con grounds. I don't see how that could be enforced if nobody can tell that you are drunk, though.

Hey I need a hotel room to throw my arcade boards and ASCs and whatnot that I'm bringing to the con in. Of course you'd get to use the ASCs if you give me use of your room on Friday. If anyone's staying in a room, lemme know if you're interested! I have money, too. I just got yelled at a bunch last year for leaving things in the staff area and I'd honestly rather keep $1000 of controllers in a locked room instead of Sakuracon's areas when I'm not using them.

im not a bad drunk so you might not even tell when i am drunk but i dont want to be kicked out of the con for being intoxicated.

I have no idea. To be honest, I only really drink wine and martinis at restaurants.
