Now that I've thought more about it, I'd like to postpone my vote until new sensors are put into place. Is that doable?
Yep!  I removed it from the main tally.

My vote: neutral. Love the idea, not well executed if it's not using all the sensors. It's nice to be able to kill real hard songs, it's frustrating to play normal songs and get blatant misses/pad greats because of the sensors. If that happens too much on a day I go, I'll just leave, otherwise I stay and deal with the pad error on every song or two.

Amount of money I've spent on arcade games at ACME for the last 3 months: $60.00

Do you live in WA: yes

Are you avoiding Acme due to the state of the flushed pads? The god king fears nothing.

I should remind all of you that the proper sensors that we already agreed were the problem still aren't installed yet. Therefore any determination on whether or not you like more flush pads in general based on Acme would be a flawed one. Please wait to make judgment until we have finished troubleshooting the modifications.

With that in mind, I love the modifications, even as they are so far. I have finally been able to play like every other respectable community on hard stuff after years of having to reach into craters to do the same songs. I have realized new levels of play, and further am in the best shape I've ever been in. Furthermore, we have even seen higher tournament attendance since the modifications than we have in years.

I have spent $40/week or so this summer and well over $5000 on the Acme machine over my years of play. If I could put all that into weight toward my recommendation for a tweak in the hardware to accommodate the play the original game simply wasn't designed for, then I would absolutely do so. My vote is definitely for more flush pads, like an actual dance floor is, and how most competitive modern play is done. Thanks for your consideration.

Not due to Gerrak's post, but due to my own earlier posts of saying we should wait until the new sensors are installed, I'm locking this thread and will open a new one once the sensors are installed.
