I went and played the X2 P2 side today and it was HORRIBLE.
SN2 P2 side was fantastic though.

X2 is terrible on the 1p side.  Popn sucks and drummania is super bad

Is Extreme actually working well? Sure would be nice to have an Extreme to play that isn't too far away from me.

Popn sucks
I only usually have a problem with the right green button. What were your issues with it?

I was there last night. X2 is indeed terrible, kind of weird that it degraded to that level after only a week... Didn't play Extreme last night, but the 1P side on extreme has been perfect the past 3-4 times I've played on (last played on it Thursday last week). 2P is bad, but still playable.

Left side yes. Right side, you might as well just let the fuckin song fail.

Yeah right green button.  Also the speakers sound terrible and it is way too loud.  The monitor also looks like its going to die soon.  Maybe somebody should swoop in and see if they will sell it before that happens.

Maybe im just spoiled by my own cab.  I keep it in great working order at all times.  I can full combo 35s and had trouble clearing 35s because of the switches.  Did manage to clear a 40 by pounding the buttons though haha

Woot, tomorrow's the day I'll be hitting up Gameworks!  First time in Seattle, hopefully I'm not too disappointed by the pads.  I'll probably be there early-late evening if anyone's around.

I'll also most likely be there tomorrow. There's also apparently a Destructoid PAX party at Gameworks at 9pm.

Looks like the pads didn't disappoint you too much, you were killin' it on doubles Cheesy.

I'd love to see a PIU cabinet here. Away from the ddr cabs, far away.

Played a bit yesterday. Technika was doing good. X2's P1 left arrow was sticking hard. SN2's pads were great. Sounds volume was good and it was super enjoyable.

Went here today on a whim. X2 P2 is entirely playable now! P1 is almost playable; left and right arrows occasionally become unresponsive.

AA's are difficult but still attainable.

Does anyone recommend this place for a birthday hangout, or should I just stick with ACME?

Do any of the DDR machines here have ITG hacked on them?

Check the first post to see what games there are. It's accurate.

Played popn here the other night. The volume is really loud and the buttons are good except for left green, got a few misses from it.

Oh well. Guess ACME really does have the best pubic access dedicab in the state, huh?

I was here today. God the pads on the majority of the machines are shit! No kidding, I think I really have grown way too attached to ACME's ultimately-modded ITG.
Only the SuperNova 2 machine was DECENT.

GF / dm / popn got their screen replaced with very crappy LCD screens. They all have issues - some are displaying the wrong aspect ratio, colors are over-saturated, and there is some display lag.

Picture of popn is attached. You might think the display being all messed up is an artifact of photography lighting issues, but.. it's not. It's actually like that.

I guess they recycled some parts from a Terminator Salvation machine.  You can see the title, mirror-imaged, in the lower left corner of the screen.  (Not actually in the display, but in the black border surrounding it.)

I think that's a reflection from the actual terminator machine opposite the pop'n. The red thing on the lower right of the screen is the top marquee from deadstorm pirates.
