A new game has been added, as of today.

It's a jet fighter game with a bubble cockpit and very big screen that gives a pretty good atmosphere feel..

Also, the Pump:Pro2 was serviced last night and things are in great condition.

My heart aches.

This looks like they took my WORST feature from the newest Ace Combat game (Assault Horizon) and made it an arcade game. I love the Ace Combat series, but that last game was poo. It tried to be Call of Duty in jets and it made my soul weep.

Holy moly this place is expensive.

But like another person said, they take pride into keeping their machines in working condition.

The bouncer was nice.  We chatted with him during his smoke break and he gave us a couple of $10 game cards which was nice.

And...if you're a person that wants a drink afterwards, don't go here.  $9 for a vodka redbull is really asinine!

But...it's Bellevue.  A nice area for expensive tastes.

Bellevue is only nice if you're someone who is attracted to shiny things or if you have a job that gives you money that you don't know what to do with. Smiley

Expensive? This is literally the cheapest arcade in all of Washington. It's roughly $1 a game at base price, but there are different bonuses for buying more credits at once. If you buy a $50 game card, your games end up costing roughly 50 cents a game. If you live in Bellevue or plan on playing often, invest in a $50 game card and be set for life. I don't see how anyone could say this place is expensive...

Look, I understand what you're saying Kaze. And I agree, Power Play really isn't THAT expensive, especially considering it's location.

However, to claim it's "Literally the cheapest arcade in all of Washington" is absolutely wrong. Hell, there's arcades up here in the north end that're nearly half that price per game. I'm not saying the atmosphere or quality is on-par with Power Play, but I don't like it when people use hyperbole to exaggerate their point.

ACME Bowl is $1 a game and nobody bats an eyelid, but Power Play is $0.50 a game and it's "not THAT expensive?"

I'm not arguing whether it's good prices with you. I'm just pointing out that you claimed Power Play is "literally" the cheapest arcade in Washington State. That just isn't true. Despite what some Seattle folks might like to assume, the state consists of more than just King County. There's arcades in Spokane and Pullman that're just as cheap, if not cheaper to play at.

It might not be expensive to play Pump it Up at Power Play, but last time I visited, Guitar Hero and some of the other games cost $1 per play. If you had claimed that Power Play is the cheapest place to play Pump it Up in King County, I probably wouldn't be arguing with you now, because it could be the factual truth. I'm merely saying there's a lot of equally, or less expensive arcades in Washington State and it's a personal peeve of mine when someone makes statements about something being "the literal best _____ in _____" and it's not the truth.

At this point, I'm sure any reader knows what we're both getting at. You're right that Power Play isn't nearly as expensive as other arcades in the area. And I've pointed out that there's plenty of cheap arcades outside of King County that people can play games at.

$50 for being able to play 0.50 for a game is quite the investment.

I guess you should probably factor in what is cost effective for you.

ACME is in a cheaper area but you also have a rougher crowd.

It looks like BluesS posted on ZiV that the PIU Pro 2 is no longer at Power Play. That's a bummer. I remember when they had that awesome party for PiU Pro. Those were good times.
