Bill also checks here, to the best of my knowledge.

About DM; I wish it could be in as good condition as the acme machine, but I guess it's just getting hammered and abused there all the time.

I had issues with SN's 2p side.

Bill checks DDRfreak too, like that really matters Tongue

I should only go during the VIP hours on Friday, because the kids there are dooouuuccchhheeeyyy.

To be fair I update Bill constantly about the machine and he does keep it fairly well repaired.  It's just the machine as a whole takes a lot of abuse which reduces its sensitivity.

I haven't actually played at the ACME location; but look forward to doing so.

I edited the topic heading to clarify that Bill checks these forums also, thanks Kevin.

Yes, the DM at Narrows gets trashed occasionaly.  Just yesterday, the entire Hi Hat was torn from the base bracket.  Another welding job.  Back together and working great.  Seems people want to rip and tear at the poor DM all the time.  But we fight it and keep it together the best we can.

Yikes, really? Geezus, well thanks for fixing it then Bill.  I'll be going to Narrows tomorrow so it's good to know it's working =D

I dunno why people do that to the poor DM; such ignorance of how awesome it is =(

Pantsu-
I generally just play at Narrows on Friday evenings.  Heh, I don't even know where gamebreakers is ^_^;;;

He is right.  It used to cut off at 9:00.  Now it has been moved to around 10:00.

Oh? Dang I usually go Fridays but this week my carpool bud is on vacation to Florida so I won't be heading out to Tacoma this evening...sorry Phylicia.  Some other time perhaps.

On that note, James (CapnCanada) may be out there tonight, but I'm not certain.

Yo-

Bill, Drummania is working alright, however you might want to check the hi-hat.  The pad and sensor itself is fine, but due to sustained beatings the hi-hat mount itself is loose; so the hi-hat can swivel a bit, which I'm certain is not intended.  I wouldn't rank this a Class-1 fix, but the sooner you tighten it the better chance the hi-hat won't sustain excess force and possibly become damaged further.

=D Just a heads-up, nothing big; anyhow arcade was fun, as always.  Not many people there last night though.

hi-hat completely did not work when i was there.. and i agree it was physically loose as well.

note this was sunday morning-ish.

All running perfectly now.  Someone tried to jack the entire hi hat.  Argh!

Must have been because it got loose; someone probably figured they could run off with it.  Well, next time I come across that I'll report it ASAP; sorry again.  Thanks Bill!

Bill-Went to Narrows on Friday.  Nothing to report, arcade looked good, lots of bowling patrons were coming in because of the lack of crazy people (most likely), Pete and I had an audience when we played Departure =D so I had fun.  Keep up the good work man!  Narrows is definitely still my favorite arcade~
