With Tilt! it's okay 'cause those are always on top of 3+' thick concrete floors, so no shaking of the entire building/room/whatever occurs.

They don't have the space for a pool- the bottom floor is going to be divvyed up into six retail shops, and the upper floor will be the gym. Due to the land zoning restraints, they can't have the bottom floor. And their floorplan was rediculously expensive when it had the swimming pool; there were structural problems that would have to be changed. It was either waste a lot of money and bulldoze the whole thing, or build inside over what was already crappily there.

What else do they have there?
