There are 17 GF and 16 DM.  I think.  Whatever it is, there's one more GF than DM.  
This is because GF came out by itself, then GF2/DM came out, then GF3/DM2... GF11/DM10 and then the V series

10 regular iterations plus the 6 V series iterations, so 16 each.

Well... this is obscure, but Vol. 4 from 4th+ has most of Popcorn in it, and Popcorn is in ITG Rebirth... I can't really think of anything else.
