Has anybody tried or completed any of these programs?  i tried insanity for 2 days and it killed me.  I'm pretty sure its because i am out of shape right now lol.  I just read some reviews about T-25 and i'm thinking about trying it out.

what other workouts do you guys do besides dance games?  im not into the gym scene and running is boring (though i'm sure i could get into it)

I'm starting P90X this week because why the heck not. I've heard nothing but good things and have seen friends' results and it seems worth it. Not as crazy as Insanity, that's for sure. Crossfit is also really effective, and it worked really well for my boyfriend. Where normal working out just toned, it built him up and he lost quite a bit of fat in a short amount of time. You can do a lot of the excercises off videos too, like burpees.

I would also recommend changing your diet around to more vegetarian/lean meats or a Paleo diet.
