Front page posts

Is there a way I can increase the number of posts it shows on the "Home" tab? I like to login and see what the most recent posts have been since my last login, and occasionally it goes past the 6 posts that are displayed. Is there a way I can bump it up to 12 or so in my settings? If so, how and/or where?

Unfortunately that box is a server-wide setting that isn't user configurable.

Something that might work better for you is the "Show unread" link right under your avatar, which will show all the unread posts since your last visit.
