Welcome to PNWBemani. This site is hosted for the purpose of promoting music rhythm gaming, especially in the Pacific Northwest region of the US. This site is paid for and maintained by BLueSS with moderation help from Laura. While this site has been traditionally lax in moderation, recent postings have encouraged stronger enforcement. The staff of this site will moderate users and posts towards the community guidelines below and can make changes or judgement calls at any time as they see fit.

Community Code of Conduct

PNWBemani is a home for music gamers of all types. We do not discriminate players based on personal attributes, skill levels, or length of time playing the game.

PNWBemani is home to various music games. We welcome people who play all rhythm games, not just specifically dance arcade games.  

PNWBemani actively encourages members to be a part of our community, and holds events to encourage both new and active members to stay active in our community and enjoying music games.

PNWBemani members share a passion for music games. We should work to encourage people to play more music games, not take actions that would hurt our community by discouraging others from playing music games.

PNWBemani does NOT tolerate harassment of its community. This includes from people inside or outside the community. Personal attacks, threats, and insults are not welcome online nor in person at events or arcades.

PNWBemani values our publicly accessible arcade cabinets and the machine operators that keep machines in great working condition. Vandalism or damage to the machines is not tolerated on any level.

PNWBemani values competitive play for music games, and believes friendly competition helps strengthen the community. Tournaments and rivalries help encourage players to try to get better at the game, and we embrace them.

PNWBemani embraces the evolving nature of music gaming. Starting originally with DDR and then evolving to ITG, and then to different styles of ITG, the community is open to changes that help keep the community active and the games fun.

Miscellaneous Rules
1. Use proper grammar and spelling. (To the best of your ability. This is a rule so we have readable posts, not so we can be grammar nazis. In other words "dont t@lk lik dis guyz".)
2. Act mature.
3. Topics need to stay (mostly) on topic.
4. Personal attacks and flaming are not tolerated.
