DDR Extreme Tournament at Evergreen Lanes

It's summer (don't look outside, it'll only disappoint you) and that means it's a great time to have a DDR Extreme tournament! Am I right or am I wrong? You tell me. If you guys want to have a DDR Extreme tournament sometime in August or September, voice up here.

I was planning on having it at the DDR Extreme at Evergreen Lanes. I know a lot of you live further south, so before I go to the effort of organizing an event I wanted to see how much interest there is in this, especially considering it's location and that we've had so many tournaments over the last few months.

So, let me hear what you got to say about this? If you've got suggestions for it, speak up!

None, I haven't heard anything from the dude and I'm not in the mood to hunt down people who have (in the past) been very difficult to get a hold of.

ok, so i talked to brian and he's totally cool with having it, all he needs to know is when and he'll also get a little advertising out for it too. he said he's usually there in the morning and afternoon so you can just call the ally and ask for him and give him all the details.

Ill be there tomorrow and brian (the other owner, who is around more) should be there so if I see him ill drop the info on him and see what he says, byim sure he'll be cool with the whole tourney idea

If I can get in touch with the owner/operator, I will definitely do a thorough cleaning. I don't mean to brag, but I am the one responsible for making the right side as good as it is. Give me 30 minutes to an hour and that pad will be nearly as good as new.

The one unfortunate thing about Evergreen's cab is that the right side is slightly better than the left. So any tournament that will involve 2-players going at it will almost undoubtedly encounter pass misses for the left-side player.

Could we have the machine cleaned & business-card-tricked shortly beforehand?
I'm down for the tournament on just about any Saturday by the way.

Anywhere from the beginning of Aug. to Mid Aug is cool with me-- I'll be in China near the end of Aug. I'd make the trip up there any day for a tournament : )
