Update: 8-6-11
It's official, the Bumpers in the Palouse Mall is closed.

I'm really sad about this. It was the arcade where I became a serious DDR Freak. I met many friends at this place and have a lot of good memories from here. I'll miss ya Bumpers. Thanks for all the memories.

Update 1-20-11:
I just visited about 2 weeks ago and the old girl was still kickin'. In fact, I got some pretty awesome scores. The arrows feel sunken in more than most machines I've played on, but they're very responsive. Only problem was that the left selection arrow on 1P was busted when I was visiting. I told the arcade operator and am certain it'll be fixed by the next time I visit.

Re: [Arcade] Bumpers III - Moscow, ID

Update:

Just went here over the weekend. The machine still plays fine, but the screen is discolored and needs a degauss. The arrow panels are concaved a bit (from years of love and play), so you can't shuffle your feet on this pad like some might on a new machine. Otherwise, it's still 75 cents for a 4 song set and the sensors seemed to work OK for me.

Last checked it didn't. It's the same Extreme cab we've had for years now. Since I started college up there in '03 or '04 I believe.

Do...do one of the oni course score lay-outs by chance say I AM THE WIND FISH?

Because I'll go down and play the fuck out of that machine if it's my baby =(
