I didn't find a thread about this already so yeah.....anyway

There is this, and activision is apparently coming out with one called DJ Hero (original name right?)

As much as I will be open to playing both of these to see what they'll be like, I just can't help but think the music/rythm game genre is getting milked beyond all reason at this point in time.

I figure if the music is good, and the charts are alright, I won't have any qualms.  If Konami where to continue IIDX in the US, I would be a little mad, but since they aren't doing anything, I look at this as just an extra music game to play.  I'm sure we'll still be getting Empress CS and so on.

Frankly, I don't find these two games too appealing.  The music on them doesn't seem to hold much promise for a DJ-ing game...

Neither one looks particularly good.  They probably have $80 controllers made of cheap plastic too.
